Rain Causes Water Damage

A heavy rain storm caused water damage to this property in Annapolis. The property manager called SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore as soon as they realized they had a problem. Time is of the essence with water damage. Mold can start growing in as little as 24 hours.

It’s hard to see in the before picture, but this carpet was saturated with water. The baseboards were wet and both required removal.
