Building Suffers Water Damage

This commercial water job came from a relationship SERVPRO of Pasadena/Gibson Island/Lake Shore has with a property manager. In late August, this commercial property suffered water damage. The water affected several offices, their kitchen, copy room, and a stairwell.

Based on the amount of water, we may use powerful submersible pumps in addition to industrial strength, wet/dry vacuums. For this particular water intrusion, wet/dry vacuums were used. Removing water helps reduce drying time and helps prevent secondary water damage and mold and bacterial growth.
